“Deep Water Culture” or Deep Water System

We use a deep water hydroponic system, or Deep Water Culture (DWC), where the roots grow on a foam board that floats in water—within a nutrient solution that circulates continuously among the different boards. This allows for more precise control of the solution’s conditions and ensures a uniform distribution of nutrients and oxygen to all plants.

Our pools produce the best varieties of butterhead lettuce, romaine, and spring mix, in a controlled environment with the highest technology.

¿Por que elegir nuestros productos?

Valor Social

Super Crispy

Romaine lettuce, a staple on our tables, is best known as the star of the classic Caesar salad. Its robust and crispy leaves will leave you wanting more.

Super Crunchy

Any resemblance to a “spring mix” is no coincidence. It’s made up of an excellent combination of delicious varieties in a vibrant contrast of colors that create the perfect blend. This mix goes well with everything.

Super Combo

A fresh and balanced blend of three premium varieties: crisp romaine lettuce, soft and delicate butter lettuce, and the colorful, slightly sweet touch of red leaf lettuce. Perfect for vibrant salads, bowls, or as a versatile base for any dish.

Why Choose Our Products?

Social Value

We are the local alternative! We bring to your table a nutritious, high-quality product with the longest shelf life. Imported lettuce, on the other hand, arrives on our Island more than 10 days after being harvested, reducing its nutritional value.

We promote healthy eating.

Economic Value

We develop underutilized land in the town of Barranquitas.

We generate over 80 full-time direct jobs.

Environmental Value

Our lettuce consumes ten times less water than traditional farming fields.

The rainwater we collect covers 100% of the farm’s water consumption.

We support carbon emission reduction by minimizing the import of leafy greens.
